Mimi Zatuchni Knop, AMFT

Hi, Iā€™m Mimi!

My approach to therapy is simple; I have no agenda other than to help you thrive in your life. I listen, ask questions, and explore alongside you so that you can feel lighter, inspired and more hopeful about your future.

Together, we co-create customized and meaningful tools/skills for you to use so you can meet and maintain your goals.

I work with teens, families and adults. I help my clients develop skills and beliefs that support their goals and work with family systems to reduce family conflict by improving communication.

Of particular interest to me is assisting those who suffer from symptoms of ADHD, anxiety and depression.

I lean in to personal journeys and help build up self-esteem and self-efficacy. I continue to keep updated on the latest science and am a life-long learner of the craft of therapy which helps me to provide my clients with best of care.

My style is warm, lively, supportive, instructive and interactive. The most important part of counseling is our trusted relationship. If you feel safe and heard in session, you will be able to do great work. Our ability to connect is vital.

Please get in touch today to find out how counseling can help you and your family.
